At Twin Spark, we want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Please review our policy below to understand your options.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for full-price items.
Eligible Items: Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original, secure packaging with all tags and certificates (e.g., diamond grading reports) included.
Non-Eligible Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order pieces.
Engraved items.
Items marked “Final Sale.”
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please contact our team within the 30-day window at Twinspark112@gmail.comwith your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend that you use a tracked and insured shipping service for your return. Twin Spark is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its status.
Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: Returns are not subject to a restocking fee.
4. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an eligible item for store credit or a different size/style, subject to availability. Please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in inspecting every piece before it leaves our studio. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Twinspark112@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a return, repair, or replacement at no cost to you.
6. Lifetime Warranty
Please note that this Return Policy is separate from our Lifetime Warranty on craftsmanship, which covers manufacturing defects for the life of the product. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, loss, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
