Yes! We love collaborating with our clients to bring their vision to life. Our bespoke design service involves a consultation with one of our master jewelers to discuss your ideas, budget, and timeline.

What is your ring resizing policy?

We offer complimentary ring resizing for all rings purchased from Twin Spark within the first 30 days. After this period, resizing services are available for a fee. Please note that some eternity band designs cannot be resized due to their continuous setting.

How do I care for and clean my jewelry?

To maintain its brilliance, gently clean your jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth. For a deeper clean, use a soft toothbrush and a solution of warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap. Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, chlorine, or lotions. You can also bring your piece to our studio for a complimentary professional cleaning and inspection.

What does your lifetime warranty cover?

Our lifetime warranty covers craftsmanship for the life of your piece. This includes issues like stone setting integrity and structural defects under normal wear. It does not cover loss of stones, damage due to accidents, neglect, or normal wear and tear like scratches. We recommend adding your piece to your personal insurance policy.

Do you repair or resize jewelry that was not purchased from Twin Spark?

Yes, our master jewelers are skilled in a wide range of repair and restoration services for pieces from other jewelers. All external pieces require an initial evaluation to assess the work needed and provide an estimate. We take great care to handle your treasured heirlooms with the same respect and attention as our own creations.

What shipping methods do you use, and is it insured?

We ship all orders via fully insured and tracked premium carriers (such as FedEx or DHL). Signature upon delivery is required for all orders to ensure security and peace of mind. Domestic shipping is complimentary on all orders over a certain amount.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return period on all full-price items for store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Custom-made and engraved pieces are final sale.

Do you offer engraving services?

Yes, we offer hand engraving services to add a personal touch to your special piece. This can be arranged during the purchase or design process. Please inquire for more details on styles and pricing.

Do you work with recycled metals?

Yes, we do. We are proud to offer the option of crafting your jewelry from recycled precious metals. This is a core part of our commitment to sustainable luxury. Please let your consultant know if this is your preference.

How often should I have my jewelry inspected?

We recommend bringing your jewelry in for a professional inspection and cleaning every six months to a year. This allows us to check for loose stones, prong wear, and overall integrity to ensure your precious pieces remain secure and beautiful for a lifetime.
